During the 8th "Riga Security Forum 2020" podcast session, we discuss gender, populism, and illiberalism in the 21st century.
Panelists:
- Beth Woroniuk, Policy Lead at the Equality Fund. Her work includes advocating for more and better financing for women’s organizations and movements and for effective feminist foreign policies. She also chairs the Women, Peace, and Security Network-Canada.
- Clara Cabrera Brasero, Ambassador-at-large for Gender Equality in Foreign Policy, Spain;
Moderator: Elizabete Vizgunova, Associate Researcher at the LIIA and Researcher at the Public Policy Management Institute, Lithuania.
The project is the result of successful collaboration between the Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA), the NATO Public Diplomacy Division, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Representation of the European Commission in Latvia, the German Federal Foreign Office, and Embassies of Poland, Canada, and Spain in Latvia.
